Church Shift Book

Just released on February 8th, this book is already #6 on Amazon’s best selling Christian book list (see Christian Post article). The book is Church Shift by pastor Sunday Adelaja of the 30,000-member Embassy of God Church in Ukraine, who says:
“As goes the Church, so goes America, and as goes America, so goes the world... We want 10,000 churches in the U.S. and 100,000 churches worldwide to SHIFT! This will be revolutionary!”
And what is this shift?

It's about recovering out culture and bringing the lifestyle of the Kingdom of God onto earth and into society by getting involved in the community.

The Embassy of God is the largest charismatic church in Europe. Their website states that God desires to reveal Himself to people and establish His Kingdom on earth in order to change everybody’s life for the better.

The Church Shift website says:
THE SHIFT IS HERE!
CHURCHSHIFT is helping to SHIFT the Church worldwide to equip the saints for societal transformation and take back nations for the Kingdom of God.
It also mentions things like repossessing the earth back to God, equipping church members to impact the seven spheres of society, and teaching Kingdom values for societal transformation.

Church Shift is endorsed by T.D. Jakes, who says:

Pastor Sunday Adelaja is transforming his nation by unleashing the principles of the Kingdom. I recommend that pastors and leaders of all kinds read CHURCHSHIFT. Pastor Adelaja.s story will inspire you. The Bible-based principles he teaches will transform your personal and professional world.

Also interesting is the friends list of the Embassy of God that includes Peter Wagner (of the NAR) and John Maxwell, who are among those “husbands and wives of God”(?) who “sowed time, finances and came to preach in our church and teach us.”

Anyone hear any warning bells?

Is this “shift” all just part of the Word Faith, Kingdom Now, Dominion theology movement?

Is this what the Bible teaches about the Kingdom?

Here are some biblical links that teach about the Kingdom of God:

There are many interpretations of the "kingdom of God". Do we have the only right interpretation?
