Tolerant New Book (updated)

Today I read about a book which is written by someone who claims to be both a Christian monk and yogi. In this book is a philosophy that does not threaten Christians or Hindus. In fact, the author does not want to convert either, rather, he hopes Christians and Hindus heal the wounds of intolerance. The book is called JESUS IN THE LOTUS: The Mystical Doorway between Christianity and Yogic Spirituality by Russill Paul.

Unfortunately, people who believe this sort of thing will learn a bit too late how tolerant God actually is. The Bible says...

Ye cannot drink the cup of the Lord, and the cup of devils: ye cannot be partakers of the Lord's table, and of the table of devils. 1 Corinthians 10:21

Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me. John 14:6

Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved. Acts 4:12
