Another Thing Missing in The Message

I found this at the blog of a fellow Canadian blogger I came across today. (I've been reading a few things on this blog, and I have taken a liking to it. It's called Suspicious Berean.)

Here's one rather interesting thing I found there...

The Lord Jesus Christ is nowhere to be found in The Message

By the way, I found this to be such a fascinating (but disturbing) thing, that I took the challenge and tried this over at Bible Gateway. Indeed, the name of our Lord Jesus Christ appears 81 times in the both the King James version and the New King James, 63 times in the NASB, 61 in the ESV, 60 in the NIV and the NLT, and zero times in The Message.

I would say that's a significant thing to consider, wouldn't you?
