I just listened to what Tony Jones said about a very important thing. Salvation. Does this sound like he has a clear understanding of what it means to be born again?

I think it's terribly sad that Tony Jones says he wakes up every day wondering if his life is based on a crock, or a hoax, and doesn't know if he is born again, but that certainly does explain his spiritual search (see here). The truth of the matter is that when we are born again, it is of the spirit (who bears witness in our spirit that we are born again) AND through the word of God (that says we have been reconciled to God through His Son, by the blood of Christ). Therefore, we CAN know we are saved!
