Birds of a Feather and the Things they Tweet (updated)

What's in a link? We've all done it - estimated what a person is like by the company he keeps. One can also pretty much figure out the beliefs of a Christian organization by who they link to on their website. But some say that the old saying, birds of a feather flock together, is just a judgmental observation only pharisees would make...

This is a convenient statement in the light of what we are seeing today. Now - what about those who preach another gospel? Do we as Bible believing Christians chill out with them and be 'friends' without confronting them, knowing that they preach a gospel that will lead to apostasy? As I recently re-listened to Pastor John MacArthur explain a few things about THIS (which I stole from HERE), the shocking truth of the matter is that we are now seeing that what he said about the PD thing right from the start is coming true... IT IS LEADING TO APOSTASY based on common purpose!

And while this is happening, another little development we are now seeing is that others are slowly being persuaded by this PD PR campaign that began with one surprising picture after another.

In the meantime, although some watchmen (and watchwomen) are speaking out about these things, the sad thing is that many others are about to compromise and be deceived by the dialectic process.

Anyways, I have been thinking of it for some time, but thanks to twitter, as of today I am removing a certain blogger/book reviewer from my blog roll.
