*Note (update): Before posting this I didn't realize that Citizen Link is part of Focus on the Family (having been out of touch with FOTF for years). Focus on the Family Action states that it is a new cultural action organization that is completely separate from Focus on the Family, legally, but James Dobson is still deeply involved in Focus on the Family — as its chairman. This is an interesting thing because I am working on a series of posts that I will put up this week about FOTF and the direction it is taking here in Canada. It's a rather shocking direction, as many of us moms remember FOTF being there for us and helping us get through those toddler years. But things have changed. More to come on that starting tomorrow...
