“Uhh, hello, my name is Bob, and I am not addicted to anything. But I have a few hang ups.”

The thing is, Celebrate Recovery is pretty much the same thing as the 12 steps of AA. So now RW and friends are saying that everyone really needs to take this recovery class (according to them, we are all in “recovery”???).
You can listen to RW at lifeshealingchoices.com explain how hurts and hang ups are now in the same category as ‘habits’ (addictions?).
Since they can't bring themselves to come out and say the negative "S" word (sin), maybe they should just call this new thing they have invented - HAHA (Hurts And Hang-ups Anonymous).
Oh, and here's the book.

I guess the questions is - are we truly healed by the choices and steps we make, or by the life changing power of the Holy Spirit through Jesus Christ?
