The Best Sellers

So I'm throwing it in the garbage when it catches my eye. It's the flyer for the 10 best sellers at our Christian book store. I missed the sale, they were 30% off last week, but there are only three I would have bought anyways, another one is questionable, and here are the others...

• Wild at Heart by John Eldredge
• Practicing the Presence of God by Brother Lawrence
• The Shack
• What's so Amazing about Grace? by Philip Yancey
• Facing the Giants by Max Lucado
• The Purpose Driven Life by RW

And that is an indication of the sad state of the Christian book publishing industry, because there is no money in selling the unpopular truth.
