In other words, vitamin supplements and herbal remedies are not as effective as awakening your chakras and getting attuned by spirit guides through a channeller called a Reiki master. Of course he didn't say it quite like that. Meanwhile, what the nice woman whose headache was going away does not know is that Reiki is a dangerous occultic practice.
